I’ve tried a ton of electrolyte powders that taste like chalk, and this one mixes up clear and tastes like actual juice. The balanced blend means no weird aftertaste, and I’m not bloated after a long run. This is my new go-to for quick hydration.
I've tried so many electrolyte mixes that taste like medicine, so the fact that this one uses real fruit flavors is a huge win for me. It's the only one I actually look forward to drinking after a long run, and I don't feel that weird salty aftertaste either.
